About Our Pool

Unlike any other facility in San Diego County, our commercial properties were purchased, designed and built for teaching swimming. Both of our pools were custom-designed by the Callan family strictly for teaching swim lessons and they’re never used for anything other than instruction. Our commercial properties are owned, not rented or leased, which is unique in this business. Unlike other swim schools in San Diego, our pools are not shared with the community and there are no public swim hours. In addition, we carefully monitor the pool chemicals and the overall cleanliness of the pools and the facilities themselves.

We pride ourselves on crystal clear, 93-degree water. Our broad, shallow steps start at just a few inches in depth so anyone, at any age, can seek their own security level by getting their feet on the bottom. The deepest end of our pool is 4 1/2 feet.

We have built-in teaching stations as well as a mobile bench so that students do not have to cling to the edges of the pool. The overall structure of our pools provides a safe environment for students of all ages.

Our pools have structured roofs that keep them warm year-round. During the warmer months, the side panels of our facilities are removed to allow the outdoors to come in. This provides a breezy, outdoor feel while leaving the pool itself covered to prevent too much sun exposure for students, parents, and instructors.
